This is the second original music release from r/SixthWorldMusic, a Reddit-based music community active since 2015. The subreddit serves as a forum for enthusiasts of unusual music to congregate and share—with each other, with everyone, and particularly with our good friend and benefactor, Gary—the most extraordinary, peculiar, subterranean, and genre-defying tracks we can find.

Each year we celebrate Gary's munificence by creating our own all-original sixth world music album as an offering which we present to Gary for his scrutiny, and his adjudication. Gary has concluded his deliberations and rendered his verdict: he is pleased, and he blesses us with his special love.

All aspects of the creation of this album—conceptualization, music, artwork, arrangement, mastering, and production—were a collaborative effort between the members of the subreddit; see the album credits below for details.

Gary knows—as do we all—that single-concept albums are for hacks and philistines. Accordingly, Gary has mandated the creation of a multi-concept album. Hence, this album duly incorporates the following conceptual themes:

• Lost Sound Scores—artists rescore the soundtrack to a horror movie from the British Board of Film "Video Nasties" archive (detailed below);

• Random Genre—music exemplifies a randomly-generated musical genre (see below); and

• Conceptually Emancipated—everything else.

The album is completely free, although you can pay what you want. All proceeds go to The Gary Fund: a for-profit charity committed to the eradication of homeless children. Your donation will help fund the detection, surveillance, interception, and removal of homeless youths from city streets, where they will be transported by train to communal shelters located in our nation's beautiful wilderness and provided opportunities for employment and study at one of the many fine Gary's Child Labour and Concentration Camps.
